Our client is looking for a Regional Manager to lead their Western Cape region, based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
About the Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly growing car wash group with 46 branches nationwide. Their culture is built on working hard and moving fast to deliver exceptional service, and they’re currently expanding their footprint — looking for a leader to help drive that growth.
The Regional Manager is a senior leader overseeing the Western Cape region, currently 10+ branches across the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. This role ensures peak performance across all sites, maintains consistent standards, and fills leadership gaps with urgency. You’ll need to be both a strategic overseer and a hands-on operator.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leadership — Mentor regional managers across the region; drive performance and step in directly when leadership gaps exist.
- Operational Excellence — Conduct regular site visits across all locations to ensure strict compliance with company standards and Health & Safety.
- Performance — Analyse metrics, implement turnaround strategies for underperforming sites, and hold managers accountable to KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management — Manage relationships with landlords across the region and act as the primary escalation point for operational issues.
- Growth — Support the integration of new sites as the business continues to expand.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven track record in multi-site operations (high-volume / service industry)
- Strong people leadership skills with a focus on accountability
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on problem solver who is effective both on-site and in the boardroom
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
Package & Remuneration
Market related — R18k–R30k gross monthly
